Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If there is any problem with your order, you may cancel your order before it ships for a 100% refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Intimate and sanitary products
Some health and personal care items
Customized items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items returned with the following situations will have a 20% restocking fee assessed.

Any item not in its original condition
Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or the shipper's error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
If you need to return an item, send us an email at info@artbyericah.com with your order number, photos of damage (if applicable), and a description of why you are requesting a refund. We reserve the right to request you send your item to: Art by Erica H / 4682 E. Jefferson Pike / PO Box 211, Lascassas, TN 37085, United States for inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the timeframe the payment provider allows.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 3 days of confirmed refund sent, first check with your credit card company, or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for items that are being exchanged or returned due to you changing your mind on the purchase. If the item is not damaged or if there was no error on our side or the shipper's side, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. You have the option of paying for the shipping with your local carrier, or we can provide a return label and the shipping costs are refund or invoice you the cost of the postage, whichever you prefer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Coupon / Free Product Policy.
Only 1 coupon may be used per purchase. They cannot be combined unless otherwise specified. Coupons may be used with sale & clearance items unless otherwise specified.

Free items are limited to one per household per month unless otherwise stated. Orders in the same household for free products within one month using the same free product coupon code will not be honored.
